4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Lost/Damaged Packages
